Since its establishment, Reacty Digital has been conducting an annually recurring survey of e-commerce, both on the supply side (online stores) and the demand side (shoppers). As of 2021, in addition to the annual comprehensive study, a bi-monthly survey is conducted regarding the products bought online, the preferred payment methods and the awareness of some major online stores. The results of our e-commerce research help online shops or delivery companies to provide their customers with services that are even more in line with market demand.

Artificial Intelligence

We look at artificial intelligence from a research and analytical perspective. In 2022, AI became available to a wider audience, allowing anyone to experience how it operates from a user perspective. Since then, solutions have been emerging that are no longer restricted to the IT industry. Our research can identify communication messages to overcome public fears and stereotypes, and also help prepare for changes in the labour market.

Video games and e-sport

Reacty Digital is conducting a series of regular surveys to measure the trends in the video game and e-sports market in Hungary. The topics and target groups we study cover a wide spectrum, from stereotypes among the general population to the characterisation of professional e-sports players. In addition to video gaming habits and associated economic sub-markets, we survey a range of related activities such as content consumption and sports betting habits. Our research results provide valuable information beyond video game market stakeholders for anyone who wants to reach young audiences through their hobby.

Digitalisation

Our work, and our key areas of focus, are all closely linked to digital development, whether it’s research in a new field or the application of a new methodology. In addition to research on e-commerce, e-sports and artificial intelligence, we are also conducting surveys on corporate digitalisation, digital finance for the public and online privacy awareness, among other topics. Thanks to our extensive experience, we are also able to adapt quickly to surveying emerging digitalisation trends.
